Losing important files because of a crashed hard disk is so frustrating. It’s like you want to slam the computer back and forth. Kidding aside, though, when this happens, all you need to do is relax. And think of an effective way to recover your files. Asking for help online (not from the same damaged unit, naturally) or from a computer-savvy friend.
