I was given a Vanilla Master Card, Debit card for Christmas, 2014. I am unable to activate the card, UNTIL I get the purchaser of the gift card,to provide the original receipt as well as the store in which it was purchased. I am a single 66 year old woman, who utilizes gifts from my family to pay for my medications, food, transportation costs. I find these types of requirements for a simple prepaid card a scam... I have spent almost 3 full days on the computer trying to get this resolved. The purchaser is a family member who lives abroad, and I have no way to reach them at this time...... Much less get a receipt and the store of purchase. THUS I will NOT be taking my medication for this month. These types of prepaid requirements unfortunately just another way for"" banks, etc. to screw the public. Thank you for listening.

I need the email address to vanillavisa
